SpySignal works offline. The app does not require an account, does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not transmit your training data to Vectorate or third parties.

Information Stored by the App

SpySignal stores training progress, user-chosen agent codenames and profiles, app settings, and optional daily-reminder preferences locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app's features.

Data Collection and Tracking

• SpySignal does not operate app servers and does not transmit app data off your device.
• SpySignal does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.
• SpySignal does not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, advertising identifiers, or payment information.
• SpySignal does not sell or share personal information.

Notifications

If you opt in to a daily training reminder, SpySignal schedules a local notification on your device. The reminder and its settings are not sent to a server. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.

Audio and Motion

SpySignal generates Morse tones for playback and does not record microphone audio. Some visual effects may react to device motion; that information is processed on the device and is not stored or transmitted.

Apple Diagnostics

The app does not include a crash-reporting SDK. If you choose to share analytics and diagnostics with app developers in iOS, Apple may make privacy-preserving crash and diagnostic information available to Vectorate through App Store Connect. Apple controls that collection under its own privacy practices.

Support Requests

If you voluntarily email us for support, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain ordinary business records.

Your Choices and Deletion

You can delete individual agent profiles in the app when more than one profile exists. To remove all SpySignal data, choose Delete App in iOS; using Offload App may preserve local app data.

This Website

This page does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser information, and request time, to securely deliver the page and prevent abuse.

Children's Privacy

SpySignal does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users through the app. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has sent personal information in a support request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
