Support

Daily Beam is a private, on-device smile habit. Here are quick answers to the most common questions.

Need help?
Email support@vectorate.io. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and Daily Beam version when reporting a problem.

How do I complete a smile?

  1. Tap Smile now.
  2. Allow camera access when iOS asks.
  3. Keep your face inside the camera view and hold a smile until the ring completes.

The default hold time is ten seconds. You can change it in Daily Beam’s Settings.

The camera or smile detection isn’t working

Open the iPhone Settings app, find Daily Beam, and confirm Camera access is enabled. Use the front camera in steady light, keep your full face visible, and try moving a little farther from the phone. If the problem continues, quit and reopen Daily Beam.

Reminders aren’t appearing

Open the iPhone Settings app, choose Notifications, then Daily Beam, and enable Allow Notifications. Daily Beam schedules reminders locally on your device; it does not use a server.

How do I delete my data?

Daily Beam has no account and sends no data to Vectorate. Deleting the app removes its locally stored settings and smile history from your iPhone.

Is Daily Beam medical advice?

No. Daily Beam is a general wellness habit. It does not diagnose, monitor, treat, or provide guidance for any medical condition.
